Rock Climbing UK is the UK’s up and coming online rock climbing magazine.

We began life as a blog in August 2009, posting regularly and steadily building traffic. We switched to a magazine format (“By UK climbers for UK climbers“) in May 2010. Since then the magazine has gone from strength to strength.

The site now features a host of additional contributors, each bringing their own unique perspective, expertise and audience.

Our audience is growing at between 5% and 30% per month.

We are engaged in an intensive search engine marketing and social media strategy. We have some solid search engine rankings, which are improving month-on-month, as our our followers on Twitter and Facebook.

We pretty much get first page positions is Google’s search results for most products that we review. This makes those pages an ideal spot to advertise your climbing equipment shop.

Advertising opportunities include:

1. Side Bar advertising.

These are the advertisements that appear in the sidebar throughout the entire site. They can be jpg, gif, PNG or flash.

2. Contextual advertising

These ads appear at the top of each of the site categories (techniques, equipment, books & DVDs, routes and crags) They can be jpg, gif, PNG or flash.
